4- Choose either “Deliver to address” (shipping costs and delivery times are indicated on each artwork's description page) or “Gallery pickup” (free).

5- Choose your delivery country and add your discount code if you have one.

6- When you have finished shopping, click on "checkout".

7- Fill in your billing address. If you would like your order to be delivered to the same address as your billing address, tick "same as billing address." If you would like your item delivered to a different address, fill in your details under “Delivery address”

8- Click on "Continue".

9- Choose your payment method and fill in the necessary information.

10- Click on "place order".

We take fraud prevention and data privacy very seriously, which is why all payments go through 3D Secure Authentication.

Under no circumstances will Dallanges Gallery ever store or have access to your bank details.

Similarly, for all payments via Stripe or Paypal, they ensure complete protection and security of your banking information.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please send us an email at banktransfer@dallanges.com, specifying :
- the name of the artwork, followed by
- the desired dimensions and
- chosen framing option.

Please also provide :
- your full name,
- full address, as well as
- your contact phone and email.

We will then provide you with our bank details so that you can proceed with the payment and validate your order.

How do I purchase a gift card?

Choose the gift card amount you wish to buy and click “Purchase” to proceed to checkout. You will receive the gift card by email immediately upon purchase. Please note that discounts and promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card.

How do I redeem a gift card?

You can use your Dallanges gift card at checkout when purchasing one or more pieces of art.

At checkout, enter your gift card number in the designated area and the gift card amount will be subtracted from your total payment.

Any remaining balance on your order can be paid by credit card or PayPal.

Photograph Prints Artworks:

Finish is on professional exhibition print with premium color on high reflective paper 305g. 0ur photo prints showcase the intricate details of the artwork.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Artworks priced over €1000 are part of our 'Exclusive Elegance Collection' and come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for your peace of mind. We stand behind the quality and value of these exceptional pieces.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return the piece within 14 days of receipt for a refund (please note that the refund will exclude the shipping/insurance costs), see our shipping policy to learn more about the great care we go to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

SHIPPING A RETURN

Once you receive authorization, the item must be returned to us within the 14 days of authorization.  It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time.

The cost of returning/insuring the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit.  We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

RECEIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED PIECE

Please call us immediately and we will instruct you to return the piece in its original packaging materials. Once we have received the return and can agree that the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit, we will process your claim if damaged or send you the correct piece.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the normal return process and then place a new order online or contact us.

Shipping is free worldwide.

For our online art gallery, we take great care in packaging and shipping the artwork to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

On average, you can expect your delivery within 2 weeks. We understand the anticipation of receiving a new piece of art, and we make it our priority to ensure it arrives in a timely manner.

We work with reliable courier services that have extensive experience in handling delicate and valuable items.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can follow your artwork's journey to your home. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location and any customs processes for international orders.

When goods are not shipped domestically (within your country) or within a single customs union, such as the European Union, customs fees may apply.

The customs duty or tariff is a tax levied on goods to be imported as soon as they cross the border into the other country.

Customs duties are calculated according to the value of the shipment as declared on the packing slip, the insurance costs and a percentage of the transportation cost. Together, these elements represent the declared value for customs purposes. This value must then be multiplied by the rate of duty, based on the product code assigned to the goods by the shipper.

Import fees and customs duties are not included in the final total of your order. On Dallanges Gallery site you will pay the price of the artwork as well as the shipping costs.

We not able to calculate customs fees beforehand, as these are charged directly by the shipping company once the artwork has reached the destination country.
