SHIPPING A RETURN
Once you receive authorization, the item must be returned to usĀ within the 14 days of authorization.Ā It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time.
The cost of returning/insuring the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit.Ā We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
